A newborn movement class focused on tummy time, early positioning, sensory regulation, and setting the foundation for future milestones. Learn practical strategies to make tummy time more comfortable, support head control and symmetry, reduce the risk of head flattening, use developmental positions throughout daily routines, and help calm a fussy or unsettled baby. Guided by a pediatric occupational therapist.
